AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI & LLM Agents)

Generative AI is the creative engine at the heart of Carrousel. We are looking for a pioneering AI/ML Engineer to push the boundaries of what's possible in fashion-tech. You will work on state-of-the-art diffusion models and build sophisticated LLM agents that form the core of our "AI Co-Pilot" for designers.

What You'll Do:

• Research, train, and deploy state-of-the-art diffusion models for visual content creation, with a focus on cutting-edge techniques like flow matching for superior generation quality and speed.
• Fine-tune models on our unique dataset of fashion items to generate stunning, cohesive, and commercially viable lookbooks.
• Develop and build complex, multi-step LLM agents that can reason and execute tasks related to marketing, copywriting, and trend analysis.
• Integrate these generative capabilities into our production environment, ensuring low-latency and high-availability performance.
• Collaborate closely with our fullstack and product teams to translate generative possibilities into magical user-facing features.

Who You Are:

• A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrated by a strong portfolio.
• Deep, hands-on experience with generative models, particularly diffusion models (experience with flow matching, consistency models, or similar is a major plus).
• Proven ability to build and deploy applications using Large Language Models and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy).
• Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch (preferred) or JAX.
• Experience with MLOps and deploying models to cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS).
