Brand Partnerships Manager

Carrousel's success is defined by the quality and originality of the designers we feature. We are seeking a well-connected and passionate Brand Partnerships Manager to be the bridge between Carrousel and the most exciting independent fashion brands in the world. This is a crucial role that blends sales, brand strategy, and community building.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential emerging designers and established independent brands that align with the Carrousel ethos.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to help our brand partners succeed on the platform.
• Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet onboarding targets and grow our brand community.
• Represent Carrousel at industry events, trade shows, and fashion weeks to build our network and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and AI teams to create compelling case studies and feature stories that highlight our partners' success.
• Gather feedback from brands to inform the development of new B2B features and tools.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in fashion partnerships, brand relations, wholesale buying, or B2B sales within the fashion industry.
• You have a "little black book" of contacts and a deep understanding of the emerging designer landscape.
• An exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, with a natural ability to earn trust and articulate a value proposition.
• You are target-driven and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or partnership goals.
• Passionate about technology's role in the future of fashion and excited by the Carrousel mission.
